The outdoor gallery of paintings is an art project, which aims at the activation of Svitavy's "underworld" (meant as an area which you can not see into, even though quality painting activty is shown). The second goal is to create a place, which can lead to creative meetings. The gallery wants to use the genius loci of Svitavy and create paintings in historically and culturally interesting and contrasting places.
